China Trade may perhaps, in its sole judgment, decline the service to anyone at any point of time. The service is not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members of China Trade.

Registration Obligations

Once you register in China Trade , you be in agreement to:

1. make available true, precise, present and complete information about yourself in the application form (such information being the "Registration Content") and
2. preserve and without delay update the Registration Content to keep it true, truthful, existing and inclusive. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we come across logical grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, incorrect, not existing or deficient, we reserve the right to defer or conclude your member service.

Member ID, Password and Security

Throughout the registration procedure, you will have to create a Member ID and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Member ID and Password. You agree to:

1. at once notify of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or Password or any other violation of security takes place, and
2. make sure that you suitably exit the website at the end of each time you log on. We cannot and will not be legally responsible for any loss or damage arising from your disappointment to meet the terms with this Agreement.

In order to become a member of China Trade, you must register and provide certain information about yourself. Right of entry to China Trade and registering as a free member are free of charge. We reserve the right to amend the incriminate clause and we guarantee to inform you of the distorted clause instantly. Our site provides assured services to users who have followed a definite registration process and approved to compensate for such services. Quality Services such as advertising, trade or membership services could be under payment schedule. Use of assured services or features of China Trade that are part of a Premium Service are governed by additional terms and conditions under separate agreements in addition to this Terms & Conditions. Our site reserves the right to transform the charging clause. This is to bring to your notice that we are not accountable for all hardware, software, service and other costs you bring upon yourself while accessing our website and Internet based data on our servers. TERMINATION

China Trade also preserve the right to conclude the service at any time or for any cause, with or without intimation, if it finds that you have given false information in connection with your member account, are occupied in deceitful or unlawful activities, or are engaged in activities that may harm the rights of our site or others. 5. Get hold of by any means China Trade member's username and/or password.
